Our Story
CSA Alliance is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and guiding young adults through the critical transition into adulthood.
We focus on individuals aged 18 to 25 who lack a strong support system, including those who have aged out of adoption centers and foster care, immigrants facing challenges, and others without adequate resources.
Our mission is to bridge the gap for young adults facing cultural and economic barriers. We aim to provide comprehensive support, guidance, and resources to empower these individuals to succeed personally and professionally.

Our Mission
Christian Support for Adulthood (CSA) Alliance is a faith-based nonprofit that guides young adults through adulthood. We focus on providing vital support to individuals aged 18 to 25 who lack a strong support system, including those who have aged out of adoption centers, and foster care, immigrants facing challenges, and others without adequate support. Our mission is to offer comprehensive assistance, support, and guidance, empowering these individuals to overcome obstacles and succeed.
To achieve our mission, we take a holistic and personalized approach. We offer career mentoring to help young adults explore various career paths, set achievable goals, and develop essential skills for the workforce. Recognizing the importance of stable housing, we provide housing support to ensure safety and stability. Additionally, we prioritize mental health services, understanding the profound impact emotional well-being has on overall success and happiness
Education and employment are central to our efforts. We assist young adults in pursuing their educational goals, whether it's completing high school, vocational training, or higher education. Life skills development is also a priority, equipping them with essential tools for independent living, financial literacy, effective communication, and interview preparation to enhance employability.
In addition to our personalized transitional program, we offer a supportive network group where individuals can socialize, build relationships, and access workshops and education.
Driven by the belief that circumstances do not define potential, we collaborate with generous donors, state, local, and corporate partners, as well as dedicated volunteers to create a society where every young adult has equal opportunities to thrive. Join us in making a difference and empowering young adults to make positive choices, proving that they are not merely products of their circumstances, but of their decisions.
